Job Title: Facility Maintenance/ Cleaning Technician

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible Start Times: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our manufacturing facilities. You’ll play a key role in keeping seven buildings clean, organized, and welcoming for our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning throughout manufacturing areas.
• Buff, wax, and polish floors to maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle outdoor tasks such as lawn mowing and weeding.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Follow all safety procedures while working on the production floor.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred (industrial cleaning experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for most of the shift.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH.

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $16.00/hr.
