Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable store experience
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers
• Maintain store operations and uphold company standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store needs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Energetic, upbeat, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Able to meet physical demands, including frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to closely inspect items and maintain attention to detail
• Interest or experience in kids' merchandise is a plus
