Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for Health & Wellness Rental Collective

We are looking for licensed massage therapists to join our health and wellness collective in Dayton. If you are self-employed or are actively transitioning to be self-employed, have an active Ohio license, and are seeking a supportive work community out of which to rent space on a part time basis, we'd love to hear from you. Practitioners who do well here are motivated to build their clientele, value professionalism and authenticity, and value long-term client-centered connections.

Note: All practitioners operate out of our facilities as their own business entities, not as employees or independent contractors. They rent furnished space on a part-time basis and manage their own clientele, scheduling, billing, software, and client communications. 100% of the earnings from their services remain with the practitioner and they pay rent at the beginning of each month.

Our collective consists of massage therapists, psychotherapists and counselors, yoga instructors, a midwife, physical therapists, and a physician's assistant. We enjoy collaboration as well as a healthy work environment.
