Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH(Remote). This role involves leading cross-platform integration testing and designing robust automation frameworks using Selenium and JUnit.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead the QA strategy and planning for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with development teams.

• Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in Salesforce testing and automation.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and maintain documentation for testing processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce QA Lead role.

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM systems, including Case Management and Sales/CPQ testing.

• Hands-on expertise in automation testing using Selenium, JUnit, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
