We’re currently seeking an Experienced Slate Roofer who takes pride in traditional methods and high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile and copper roofing systems

• Work with natural slate, copper flashing, and related materials

• Perform detailed craftsmanship on historic and architecturally significant buildings

• Maintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standards

• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled craftspeople and preservation specialists

• Travel to various job sites with paid travel time and logistics support provided

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on slate roofing experience (historic slate preferred)

• Strong knowledge of slate installation, repair techniques, and flashing details

• Comfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

• Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism

• Desire for a long-term career in historic preservation roofing
