Cerelia USA is hiring for 1st shift at our brand-new, state-of-the-art food production facility in Whitehall, Ohio. This plant focuses on our popular rolled dough and cookie dough products , including the Jus‑Rol® brand sold in major grocery stores.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
- Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally
- Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance
- Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs
- Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required)
- Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus)
