Field Project Lead

Role Title: Field Project Lead – Roofing & Exteriors

Location: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs

Pay: $16/hr + Performance-Based Bonuses & Fuel Allowance

We're seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused field leader to oversee roofing and exterior installation projects. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who can manage job flow, coordinate materials, communicate with homeowners, and ensure a clean, professional site from start to finish.

This is a great entry point into construction project management — perfect for someone who wants to grow into a leadership or sales role in the trades.

Your Day-to-Day

• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites

• Greet homeowners and set clear expectations for the day

• Coordinate any same-day material runs

• Capture photo/video documentation throughout the project

• Take drone footage before and after (training available)

• Upload media to our internal system

• Place marketing signage and door hangers nearby

• Oversee site cleanliness: magnet sweeps, debris checks

• Perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner

• Return unused materials and flag extra inventory

Who We're Looking For

• Clean driving record (required)

• Reliable, organized, and professional

• Attention to detail (especially in documentation)

• Comfortable in active construction environments

• Friendly, confident communicator

• Physically capable of light lifting and cleanup

• Age 25+ preferred (insurance reasons)

• Bonus: Experience with drones (or willing to learn)
