Cutter Operator

2nd Shift (typically 2:15pm-10:45pm)

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional attention to detail in production and quality control
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong team collaboration abilities
• Skilled in multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions accurately
• Effective communicator with manufacturing and operations personnel
• Basic computer knowledge: experience with PSI and/or Prestige software is a plus
• Consistent in maintaining accurate and complete daily production records
• Committed to meeting company and departmental standards including customer requirements, compliance, safety, and quality
• Familiar with ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions; experienced in completing required forms and checklists
• Adheres to company policies as outlined in the employee handbook
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and support other departments as needed
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities to support production goals
• Participate actively in departmental and company-wide meetings
• Assists in training and onboarding new and temporary employees
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Graduate/GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating a cutter (experience with Saber cutters preferred) in a commercial printing environment.
