Position Summary We are searching for an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to assist customers with parking-related inquiries and support on-site operations in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with parking questions and general support. * Provide directions and information about parking services. * Handle basic customer concerns in a professional manner. * Support on-site staff with communication and coordination. * Document customer interactions and issues when needed.
