Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in the manufacture of production safety equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Assist in the production processes, ensuring timely production schedules are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools effectively in an manufacturing context.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
