What You'll Do
As a member of the JBLES team, you will:
� Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist with service planning
� Provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and supportive behavioral
health services within your scope of practice
� Coordinate behavioral health, medical, educational, and community resources
� Assist clients with housing, employment, benefits, transportation, healthcare, and community
resource linkage
� Advocate for clients while collaborating with treatment teams, schools, healthcare providers,
and community partners
� Provide crisis support and care coordination when appropriate
� Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Ohio
Medicaid, OhioMHAS, and JBLES standards
