- Compile owner flight activity and service documentation and determine appropriate invoice charges
- Applies and approve invoice charges
- Maintain & update customer records
- Looking at crossroads for ground billing and misc. billing that needs to be reviewed
- 1-2 years of billing experience
- Excel – formulas, V-Look Ups
- Excellent customer service
