• Total compensation pay range: $65,000-$70,000/hr. depending on experience.

Who You Are:

The Ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating and revising 2D AutoCAD drawings for glass fabrication and production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):

• Create and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for fabrication and production
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for design and composition fulfillment
• Create and edit vector-based designs using Adobe Illustrator
• Design and prepare vector artwork for production workflows, digital applications, and print
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images in Adobe Photoshop for digital and print use
• Use printing of CAD drawings in various formats packages
• Must be capable of learning proprietary software
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be able to think creatively and critically
• Regular and predictable attendance, safe performance of tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.

Skills You Bring :

MINIMUM SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS include the following:

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field highly preferred.
• Previous CAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator preferred
• 1+ year(s) of experience in CAD Design.
• Previous experience designing glass a plus!
• Must have a working knowledge of general manufacturing environments and operations
• Must understand units of measurement and be able to perform general mathematical equations-strong mathematical skills preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
