Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $30-$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM), other 40 hours/week schedule available. Overtime opportunities as needed.

Job Summary
We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer with strong experience in commercial installation and sheet metal fabrication. This role includes working on new construction projects, leading crews, and ensuring high-quality, on-time installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Complete HVAC installations for new construction projects
- Lead and support install crews to meet project timelines
- Install ductwork, gas piping, and refrigerant piping
- Perform brazing, soldering, and on-site fabrication
- Read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification
- 1+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience
- New construction experience (commercial)
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Proficient with gas piping and refrigerant piping installation
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC trade school certification
- Experience with low-voltage HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and safety practices
