Position
Ohio and Indiana Roofing is hiring qualified Flat / Commercial Roofing Service & Sales Technicians. These individuals will be involved primarily with service, maintenance, and repair of existing commercial and industrial roofs. Opportunities to assist our Sales team will be given to associates that prove themselves capable.
Ohio and Indiana Roofing only requires associates to report to the office once per week, normally Mondays.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in commercial and industrial roofing
- A detailed understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, and PVC applications
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
