Part-Time / Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor
Men of Mulch is hiring dependable Landscape Laborers and Landscape Leads for mulch installation, bed preparation, hand edging, and detailed property work.
We specialize in clean installs, strong production, and attention to detail. We are looking for individuals who take pride in detail, clean work, and hustle.
Pay
- Starting at $16 per hour
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Performance review after 1 week
- $1–$14 hourly increases available after 1 week based on skill, reliability, and production
- Higher pay available for skilled hand edgers
- Leads paid based on leadership ability
Responsibilities
- Mulch installation
- Bed preparation
- Hand edging
- Property clean-up
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, edging)
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
Landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
