Role Overview :

The Quality Clerk is responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of Scrap, DMR, FPY, Run Test records for Bryan plant and Madison when required. He / She will give support to the department processing and filing the department's documentation, assist with calibration and Supplier Part Inspection.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Create charts to enhance data analysis of Scrap, FPY, DMRs, and Run Test.
• Create and manage internal and external DMR's
• Manage Quality Department Inventory (HW)
• Assist with Calibrations
• Cycle Counts
• Suspect material inspection
• All other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
