About the Role Mack Sales & Service is seeking a high-performing Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative division. This is a fully remote position designed for professionals who take pride in maintaining organizational excellence through data integrity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex data sets and ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains accurate, secure, and up-to-date to support our sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain alphanumeric data in specialized company databases and CRM systems.
  

• Cross-reference source documents to identify and resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
  

• Organize and categorize digital files to streamline data retrieval and reporting processes.
  

• Conduct regular data audits and quality control checks to ensure information accuracy.
  

• Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote environment to meet daily and weekly processing targets.
  

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and strictly follow all company data security protocols.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar professional administrative role.
  

• Exceptional typing speed with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general database management software.
  

• Strong self-discipline and the ability to maintain high productivity in a remote capacity.
  

• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or relevant technical certification is preferred.
