Dental Office Manager - Kettering

Overview:

In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm Responsibilities:

• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of dental terminology

Compensation: $58,000 - $63,000 per year About:
