Position Overview:Assembly Associates will support production by performing hands‑on tasks such as:
- Assembling components and materials.
- Operating basic hand and power tools.
- Inspecting parts for quality.
- Loading/unloading materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Assisting machine operators or production leads as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs (varies by department).
