Are you a skilled Auto Body Estimator or experienced body shop professional ready for an exciting challenge? The Kenwood Dealer Group is searching for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and strong multi-tasking skills to take charge of estimating collision repairs and managing repair claims. What You’ll Be Doing
Providing accurate damage estimates for vehicle repairs
Communicating with insurance companies to process claims efficiently
Scheduling customer appointments and ensuring a seamless experience
Dispatching repair work and overseeing job progress
Maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent service
What It Takes to Succeed
Recent experience as an Estimator or Assistant Manager in a body shop OR 3+ years as a Body Shop Technician with estimating experience preferred
Knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry standards
Strong computer skills, preferably experience with CCC estimating software
Ability to determine labor times, write estimates, and handle supplements
Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
