Veterinary Client Care Representative

We are a growing small animal practice that seeks to provide the best care to our patients and their families. We place an emphasis on client education and positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Greeting all clients promptly & warmly with a smile
- Work as a team, treating clients, patients and colleagues with respect and kindness
- Accurately recording medical records, medications & logs
- Answering phones and making follow-up calls & appointment reminder calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing clients & processing payments
- Maintaining a clean & efficient workplace
Qualifications:
- Experience is not required, but enthusiasm is!
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent reading, writing & communications skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
