Experience Real Estate Cold Caller
Home Deal is looking for experienced **Real Estate Cold Callers** to join our growing team. We are seeking motivated, driven individuals who are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with homeowners about potential selling opportunities.
**Pay:**
* Hourly pay starting at **$5/hour**
* **Bonus compensation** paid when a deal is successfully closed (details discussed upon hire)
### Responsibilities
* Make **500+ outbound calls daily** to homeowners
* Follow the provided scripts and accurately gather property information
* Identify motivated sellers and set qualified leads
* Update call results and notes consistently in our system
* Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call
**Proven experience in real estate cold calling**
Strong communication and listening skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle objections and rejection
Reliable internet connection and computer
* Comfortable using dialers and tracking tools (**Hubstaff experience is a plus**)
