Job Title: Chemical Compounder – Batch Manufacturing | American Nitrile
Location: Grove City, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift - 12-hour shift (rotates bi-weekly - 48 hours one week; 36 hours the next

American Nitrile is a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-quality, in-demand nitrile gloves used across essential industries. We are seeking experienced Compounders to manage the safe and accurate preparation of chemical batches used in our glove manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do:

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials following strict formulas and batch sheets

• Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor the batch process and make adjustments to ensure consistency and quality

• Maintain accurate records of ingredients, lot numbers, and production outcomes

• Conduct in-process quality checks and sampling

• Follow safety and PPE guidelines while handling chemicals

• Clean equipment and keep compounding areas compliant and audit-ready

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Compounder, Mixer, or Batch Maker in a manufacturing environment (chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or industrial)

• Strong understanding of batch processing and chemical handling procedures

• High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and operate industrial equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment
