Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and manufacturers
- Prepare and process purchase
- Ensures purchase order accuracy
- Resolve issues with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Performs other duties assigned

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to priorities tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Understanding of business and management principles
- Understanding of material and supplies used in the company
- Proficient with Microsoft office and SAGE software.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field preferred
- Two years’ experience in purchasing
- Manufacturing environment preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Technibus offers standing desk options to combat prolonged sitting
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility
