What You’ll Do Every Day

• Work on landscape, maintenance, and construction projects , helping build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more.

• Use hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, and move materials.

• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Keep the job site clean and safe , securing tools and materials at the end of each day.

• Work alongside experienced team members to learn new skills and techniques.

• Participate in snow operations during winter months , keeping properties safe when needed.

What It Takes to Succeed

• A strong work ethi c and a willingness to learn.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and handle the demands of construction work.

• A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one before starting.

• Experience with construction, landscaping, or using equipment is a plus—but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.

• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

• Bilingual candidates are a plus!
