Travel CT / Rad Tech Job Details

• Location: Chicago, IL 60611 (Illinois healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 12 weeks (Start: 09/01/2025 – End: 11/24/2025)
• Healthcare Setting: On-site, Cath Lab Tech Unit (Electrophysiology focus)
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On Call: No
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2870 - $2950 per week

CT / Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist, including electrophysiology procedures
• Associate Degree in Applied Sciences required; Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology preferred
• Current ARRT certification and valid Illinois state license (must be active prior to start date)
• BCLS Certification (AHA required)
• Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare computer systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Compliance with continuing education and credentialing agency requirements
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical exemptions considered for COVID-19 only)

CT / Rad Tech Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and radiologic procedures with a focus on electrophysiology in a high-volume Cath Lab environment
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care and safety
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate expertise with specialized electrophysiology equipment and protocols
• Ensure patient privacy, effective communication, and professionalism at all times
• Participate in orientation, training, and ongoing professional development as required
