Provide essential pharmacist coverage on May 26 in Cincinnati, Ohio, supporting medication safety and patient care within a dynamic pharmacy setting. This per diem opportunity involves working the first shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately dispensing medications under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager.
- Counseling patients on their prescriptions and medication regimens to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly in line with organizational standards.
- Maintaining accurate stock records, including controlled substances and inventories.
- Resolving patient issues and interpreting third-party coverage details.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active pharmacist license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
- Proficient in using Pioneer pharmacy software or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered service.
Location:
- Position is based in Fairfield, Ohio, with assignment coverage in Cincinnati.
Schedule/Hours:
- Friday, May 26 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (1st shift).
