Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting near Groveport, OH for the 2025-2026 academic year. This contract position runs from August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026, offering 35-40 hours per week with start and end times varying by grade level, typically between 6:45 AM and 3:50 PM.

This role involves delivering speech and language services in compliance with Ohio Operating Standards and supporting students across various grade bands. The caseload will align with state requirements to ensure effective, personalized intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language assessments and therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Participate in district meetings and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license for Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings serving K-12 populations
• Knowledge of Ohio Operating Standards and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to student needs
