Part-Time: 20 hours per week - Remote
Job Description
Our client is currently transitioning from Tyler Eden to Tyler Munis, with Utility Billing already live and a full Munis/EERP rollout in progress. Financials (FIN) are the current priority, followed by HR and Procurement, with a target go-live of January 1. Modules being implemented include Requisitions, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchase Orders, Budgeting, and Permitting/Licensing.
Day to Day:
- Serve as Implementation Project Manager ensuring milestones are met and best practices are followed throughout the Munis rollout.
- Support migration from Eden to Munis across multiple departments.
- Oversee module implementations and coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Utility Billing teams.
- Perform light analyst duties including user and role configuration, and capacity planning within IT.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and track progress to ensure go-live readiness.
Musts:
- Proven experience managing Tyler Munis implementations (full lifecycle preferred).
- Strong understanding of Munis modules including Financials, HR, and Procurement.
- Ability to perform both PM and analyst-level tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week through project completion.
