Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in Northwest Ohio . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a focus on quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
- Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR.
- Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired.
- Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
