Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in Northwest Ohio . Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR.
• Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired.
• Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
