Quality Oversight

Job Title: Quality Oversight
Location: Orville, Ohio
Type: Contract To Hire
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert QA oversight during Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and fabrication processes to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough audits of procedures, work instructions, and quality records to verify compliance with industry and company standards.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including final inspection packages and certification documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify quality issues and facilitate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions in compliance with NQA-1 and ASME requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in nuclear quality programs, particularly with NQA-1 and ASME standards.
• Strong background in quality assurance, auditing, and procedure review within manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be a local candidate; no relocation or per diem offered.
