Experienced Leasing Specialist (Part-Time)

Step into a key role supporting onsite operations and helping residents through the full leasing process. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Leasing Specialist who can immediately contribute and assist the Property Manager with Rent Manager training.

Job Description

• To handle leasing tours, sales, and closing to boost occupancy
• To assist the Property Manager in learning and navigating Rent Manager
• To process applications and ensure Fair Housing compliance
• To manage resident communication and support daily office operations
• To maintain accurate records using property management software

Required Qualifications

• Rent Manager experience required
• Apartment industry/multifamily experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Reliable communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Contract role
• $19–$20/hr DOE
