Repair Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm )

• Diagnostics & repairs
• Tune ups
• Electrical & Mechanical work
• Inspections

Repair Technician Qualifications:

• Comprehensive Automotive Knowledge – In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, components, and repair procedures to accurately diagnose and fix mechanical issues.
• Diagnostic Equipment Expertise – Proficient with modern scan tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic technology to identify vehicle problems efficiently.
• Technical Documentation Skills – Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical charts to guide repairs and maintenance.
• Exceptional Customer Service – Strong interpersonal skills to explain repairs clearly, address customer concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
• ASE Certification Preferred – While not mandatory, ASE credentials demonstrate proven competency and are highly valued.
• Effective Communication – Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work accurately.
