Mental Health Therapist
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Grace to Grace Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care in a supportive and flexible environment.
We serve a diverse population and are committed to delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (ages 5+)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system (TherapyNotes)
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Comply with HIPAA and professional ethical standards
Requirements:
- Active Ohio license LISW, LPCC
- Must carry personal professional liability insurance
- Proficient in clinical documentation and telehealth best practices
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment (telehealth + in-person sessions)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma
- Familiarity with TherapyNotes or similar EHR platforms
- Credentialed with insurance panels (not required but a plus)
