Production Mixer

We are looking for a Production Mixer for our first shift Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm) . A compounder/mixer works to mix or otherwise combine ingredients to create nutritional supplements based on preset formulas. Your duties include sourcing materials, weighing each element, batching correctly, and ensuring the proper ratios in the final product. This is an entry-level position; no experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Pour raw materials into tank

• Measure raw materials

• Monitor mixing process

• Test/quality assurance of tank materials

• Cleaning all equipment , tanks, and vessels as needed.

• Observe and follow safety procedures and S.O.P's set by the company.

• Transfer finished product into drums, and totes to complete orders.

• Weigh ingredients for batching.

• Make sure all ingredients returned to inventory have weights and are cleaned.

• Set up and monitor all mixing tanks, vessels, and mixers.

• Obtain and understand all documentation for batching products.

• Operate all equipment including tanks, mixers, scales, meters, pump, etc.

• Complete all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner.

• Communicate with production when batches are complete and ready to fill.

• Other duties as assigned

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma, preferred

• Willing and eagerness to learn

• Strong work ethic

• Comfortable utilizing a computer

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs to shoulder height frequently throughout shift
