Warehouse Associate

RIGHTSTONE is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH 45229 with $17.00/hr. pay for a 3-month contract duration, with potential to be permanent. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by picking, packing, and organizing inventory in a safe and efficient environment. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4: 00 PM overtime expected

Quick summary of daily responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner — handling items ranging from small boxes to large pallets. 
• Receive, label, and store inventory safely and accurately. 
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Identify, record, and report damaged or defective materials. 
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as push carts and rolling ladders. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation. 
• Capable of standing and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods. 
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. 

Dress Code:

• Workwear attire required — no shorts, tank tops, or inappropriate clothing. 
• Steel toe shoes or boots are required.
