Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts each week including alternating weekends What We offer: Great culture and team atmosphere Comprehensive benefits effective on the first of the month 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match Generous time off accruals Paid holidays Mileage reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Program Hospice Certification benefit and salary increase Merit Increases Night Shift Differential Employee Discount Programs What You’ll Do: Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act Implement current nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and the plan of care Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient services to reflect the plan of care Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of care Participate in the coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group. Provide appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates the patient’s response to treatments/medications Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program Three years of nursing experience.
