About the Human Resources Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a leading manufacturing company . This onsite role is critical to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

• Lead HR initiatives that support company goals and promote a positive culture.
• Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Implement learning and development programs, including career management and succession planning.
• Lead labor and union relations, negotiations, contract compliance, and workforce communications. *Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety across decentralized sites.

*Develop and enforce HR policies; manage employee relations, investigations, and terminations. *Oversee benefits programs, worker's compensation, and unemployment claims. *Provide strategic HR leadership and decision-making in support of site operations and decentralization. *Manage and mentor HR staff.

Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive Human Resources Manager experience
• HR Certifications (PHR/SPHR) are a welcome plus
