Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to our clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic environments

• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and training sessions with clients and their families

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists

• Participate in staff training and development initiatives to stay current with best practices in ABA

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and data collection

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services

Requirements:

• Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
