About the Role
We’re looking for a Claims Coordinator II to be a key part of our Claims Division. You’ll coordinate claims from start to finish, working closely with customers, field teams, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay organized and on track.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, building customer relationships, and keeping restoration projects moving forward, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Manage claims from First Notice of Loss through job completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Monitor claim progress, compliance requirements, cycle times, and insurance service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate claim records and updates within company systems, including Restore 365.
- Ensure photos, documents, estimates, and required claim information are properly collected, organized, and uploaded.
- Follow up with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to obtain missing information and approvals.
- Assist with creating and reviewing estimates using Xactimate to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Review job documentation and ensure required SLAs are followed.
- Handle customer concerns, document resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
- Partner with Lead Technicians and internal teams to ensure claims move efficiently through the restoration process.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- 2–3 years of Xactimate experience required; proficiency preferred.
- Experience with restoration, insurance claims, or customer coordination preferred.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Frequent communication, computer work, and data entry tasks.
- May require occasional travel or time in different work environments.
