We are searching for a Seasoned HR Pro With...

• Benefits Expertise: renewals, self-insured, captives, open enrollment, the whole process

• Reporting & Analytics: Help us step up our HR dashboards, metrics, and decision‑making.

  (If you enjoy turning messy data into useful insights, even better.)

  Employee Relations: Coach, guide, support, document, mediate — you know the drill. You’re the voice of calm and clarity when things get messy.
• Has seen a lot — and lived to tell the tale in a corporate setting
• Can pivot from benefits admin to coaching a manager to troubleshooting an HRIS quirk without breaking a sweat.
• Likes being the “go‑to” person.
• Knows the fine details of HR compliance, benefits, leaves, employee relations, and pay practices like the back of their hand.
• Doesn’t need hand‑holding — in fact, you’ll be helping us build, refine, and level‑up HR across all 13 locations.

Think: performance conversations, documentation, PIPs, everyday leadership support.

From onboarding to offboarding, help us make the employee journey intentional, consistent, and people‑centered.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of real‑world HR experience (distribution, warehousing, manufacturing = bonus)
• Benefits expert
• Solid compensation foundations.
• Experience supporting a multi‑site workforce.
• Paycor experience? Even better.
• Someone who’s organized, responsive, and calm under pressure.
• A collaborator with good judgment who can speak honestly, tactfully, and with heart.
• A “roll up your sleeves” teammate who isn’t precious about the work.
