As a Security Officer Driver Service Road Patrol in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the chance to support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and document security-related activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Support daily operations by assisting with directional information, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders and local procedures for government facilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
