Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Pizza Artist to join our team. This role goes beyond simply making pizza—it’s about handcrafting memorable experiences for our guests with every slice. The Pizza Artist is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizzas that live up to our brand’s reputation for flavor and consistency. Key Responsibilities
- Dough Mastery: Prepare, stretch, and shape dough with precision to achieve the perfect crust every time.
- Ingredient Creativity: Select and arrange toppings with both flavor balance and presentation in mind.
- Cooking Expertise: Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cook times for consistency.
- Quality Control: Ensure every pizza meets our visual standards and taste expectations before leaving the kitchen.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food safety regulations, maintain a clean work area, and handle ingredients with care.
- Customer Connection: When needed, interact with guests to discuss specials, toppings, or custom creations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pizzeria, restaurant, or culinary setting preferred but not required.
- Passion for food, consistancy, and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work quickly under heavy pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends. We take holidays off.
