Dietz Property Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced House Keeper to join the team at one of our premier apartment communities in Westerville, OH.

OVERVIEW:

As a House Keeper for Dietz Property Group, you are determined to ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments and community and that they are happy with the level of service they receive. You enjoy interacting with people and are known for being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable, you promptly address any concerns that arise in the apartments of current residents and apply the appropriate housekeeping necessities.

JOB DUTIES:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping of apartment units and building common areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchens.
• Maintains exterior amenities including the emptying of pet station receptacles, and waste disposal.
• Communicate any inventory needs to ensure that there are adequate supplies to perform house keeping tasks.
• Provide quality, professional service to the residents.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• We are looking for someone to have some previous cleaning experience and a great team attitude.
• Examples of some other positions out there that share similar skills necessary for this position are: hotel and senior living housekeeping, or home maid services
• The most important is having a commitment to the core values and purpose outlined at the beginning of this ad.
• Current, Valid driver's license is required.
• A strong work ethic and desire to help the Team is essential.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time Housekeeper position for which the hours vary depending on the property and the level of position.
