Security Systems Technician (Tier 1 & Tier 2) – Immediate Hire

What You’ll Do (Field-Based Role)

• Install and service access control systems, CCTV cameras, alarms, and intercoms
• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, coax, alarm wire)
• Mount and configure devices (cameras, readers, panels)
• Troubleshoot system issues and complete repairs
• Work directly with customers on-site
• Document work in job systems

Tier 1 – Entry Level Technician

You’re a fit if you:

• Have basic experience OR are hands-on and mechanically inclined
• Want to learn low-voltage, security systems, or networking
• Are reliable, show up on time, and work hard

Tier 2 – Experienced Technician

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 2+ years in low voltage, CCTV, access control, or alarms
• Can run jobs from install → programming → completion
• Understand IP networking (PoE, switches, IP addressing)
• Can troubleshoot without constant supervision

Requirements (All Candidates)

• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Able to pass background check
• Comfortable on ladders, lifts, and job sites
• Strong work ethic and communication

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Potential)

• Access Control (OpenPath, Brivo)
• Alarm.com / Qolsys
• CCTV / IP Cameras
• Cabling experience
• Certifications (ESA, NICET, OSHA)

Pay & Growth
