Campground Park Manager
Position Summary
The Campground Park Manager is responsible for directing the overall operations of the campground or recreational park. This position oversees maintenance and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily campground operations, including guest services, maintenance, and facility upkeep..
Maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities..
Enforce park rules, safety standards, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
Manage emergency response procedures, including weather-related incidents and guest safety concerns.
Qualifications
High school diploma required;
Prior experience in campground management, hospitality, park operations, or facility management strongly preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform moderate physical tasks as needed.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak seasons.
