Sales Engineer
Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our clients. You'll be responsible for understanding our customers' technical requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and helping our sales teams close deals. You will work closely with both the sales and engineering departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and pain points.
Prepare and present technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Provide pre-sales technical support by answering product-related queries and clarifying technical details.
Develop technical solutions that align with client requirements and our product offerings.
Assist in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure successful product customization, integration, and implementation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional post-sales support and technical advice.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies to provide relevant solutions to customers.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex products and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
