As a Direct Support Provider for CORTZ Services, LLC, we have positions available in Akron, Barberton, Stow, & Northfield. Competitive Pay-rates which are dependent upon experience and current certifications like CPR or medication. No experience, it is not a problem. We are looking for passionate, caring individuals to join our team to enhance the quality of life and quality of care of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Essential Duties include:

• Maintaining a therapeutic relationship with the residents
• Maintains order & cleanliness in the homes.
• Meal Prep
• Safety of the physical environment in the home
• Completing all required documentation for treatment data and service provision
• Transportation as the individuals need for appointments.
• errands, and community outings.
• Must conduct all job-related activities in compliance with relevant Ohio statutes, clinic policies, and procedures.
• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with individuals served, co-workers, and supervisors, and environmental demands.
