What Will You Be Doing?

• Developing your market knowledge and becoming an expert in a niche part of the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Connecting with industry leaders and selling in ZSG’s top-tier executive search services through cold calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
• Shadowing calls with our Practice Leaders to learn how to most successfully sell our business.
• Learning how to run an efficient sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Building your “recruiter muscle” to become a successful Executive Recruiter (most SDRs are promoted within their first 1-3 months).
